1. Общие положения
1.1. Настоящее положение определяют порядок организации и проведения международного конкурса детского рисунка «Мир в котором мы живем» .
Конкурс направлен на развитие творческих способностей учащихся, создание условий для творческого самовыражения
2. Цели и задачи Конкурса
2.1. Создание условий для творческого художественного самовыражения,
2.2. Воспитание чувства прекрасного в детях.
2.3. Выявление и поддержка одаренных и талантливых детей;
2.4. Воспитание в детях любви к творчеству, красоте, искусству;
2.5. Воспитание художественно-эстетического отношения к искусству;
2.6. Приобщение детей к культурным ценностям;
2.7. Стимулирование познавательных интересов ребёнка;
2.8. Развитие художественно-изобразительных способностей;
3. Участники Конкурса и требования к конкурсным работам
3.1. Предметом Конкурса являются детские рисунки и картины, созданные самостоятельно , на тему “Мир в котором мы живем”. (далее – Работы).
3.2. Участие в Конкурсе бесплатное.
3.3. Участниками Конкурса могут выступать дети, в возрасте от 5 до 17 лет.
Возрастные группы участников:
1. от 5 до 7 лет
2. от 8 до 11 лет
3. от 12 до 14 лет
4. от 15 до 17 лет
В конкурсе могут принимать участие: – общеобразовательные учреждения различных видов (школы, начальные школы, прогимназии, гимназии, лицеи, школы с углубленным изучением предметов, профильные школы, школы-интернаты, и т.д.);
3.4 Участие в Конкурсе добровольное, категорически запрещается привлечение детей к участию в Конкурсе против их желания. Решение об участии в Конкурсе принимают дети и их родители (законные представители).
3.5 Участниками Конкурса (далее – Участники) могут быть обучающиеся 1-11 классов.
3.6. На Конкурс принимаются работы, выполненные на бумаге (ватман, картон, холст), исполненные в любой технике (акварель, тушь, цветные карандаши, пастель и Т.Д.).
3.7 Подготовка работ к отправке. Штамп заполняется участником разборчивым подчерком черными чернилами, допускается применение гелиевой или капиллярной ручки. Все поля штампа обязательны для заполнения. Фамилия и имя участника указываются в именительном падеже (например, «Иванов Иван»), указывается возраст ребенка. Запрещается использовать для заполнения штампа карандаши и цветные ручки. При несоблюдении требований к заполнению штампа оргкомитет оставляет за собой право не рассматривать работу.
3.8. Размер работы любой.
3.9. Работы выполняются несовершеннолетними самостоятельно или под руководством родителей (законных представителей), педагогов.
3.10. Каждый участник может представить на Конкурс не более одной работы. Все последующие работы к участию в Конкурсе не допускаются.
3.11. Работы должны быть выполнены аккуратно и иметь эстетический вид.
3.12. Работы, участвующие ранее в каких-либо конкурса, не допускаются.
3.13. Каждая работа сопровождается хорошо читаемой подписью, которая крепится на работу и содержит информацию: Фамилия Имя, возраст автора, страна / город, название работы,
по желанию школа (студия, кружок, педагог)
3.14. Работы присланные без прикреплённой подписи на рисунок (паспорта, см п 3.9.) на конкурс не допускаются.
3.15. Организаторы оставляют за собой право отказать в участии в Конкурсе без объяснения причин, а также в случае, если содержание работы направлено на пропаганду экстремизма, насилия и негативных установок, а также может угрожать здоровью и безопасности граждан, а также содержит признаки других противоправных действий.
4. Порядок проведения Конкурса
4.1. Конкурс организуется онлайн, все работы необхо.
4.2. Все работы участники присылают по емаил: cintartcont@gmail.com
Требования к файлу рисунка: jpeg, PDF, размер до 5 Мбайт, с разрешением 600 dpi)
4.3. Для подведения итогов Конкурса формируется экспертное жюри, которое определяет по 3 лучшие работы в каждой возрастной группе 1, 2, 3 места) и лучше работы в каждой номинации:
– Лучшая идея рисунка
– Лучшая техника исполнения.
Жюри устанавливает параметры критериев оценки конкурсных работ (композиция рисунка, содержание рисунка, художественная выразительность, гармоничность цветового решения, техника исполнения, соответствие заявленной теме конкурса, общее впечатление от работы, оригинальность творческого замысла, и т.д. и определяет победителей Конкурса. Конкурсная работа, набравшая наибольшее количество баллов (1-10), занимает место по возрастным категориям. Остальные места занимают участники (II, III ) в порядке уменьшения баллов.
4.4. Все участники получат памятные сертификаты , Победители Конкурса получат почетные именные дипломы, медали и ценные подарки
Участники, занявшие I, II и III места, – дипломанты Конкурса – получают дипломы I, II и III степени соответственно. Все участники, принявшие участие в Конкурсе и не занявшие призовые места, получают дипломы участников. Все члены жюри, организаторы, задействованные в организации Конкурса, будут отмечены дипломами за подготовку победителей или дипломами организаторов.
4.5. После завершения конкурса планируется печать книги, куда войдут работы победителей конкурса. Изданные книги будут распространять в библиотеках 100 стран мира.
5. Сроки проведения Конкурса и дата церемонии награждения победителей, выставка лучших работ.
5.1. Начало конкурса 15 декабря 2013 года
5.2. 31 мая 2024 года последний день приема работ.
5.3. 30 июня 2024 года оглашение результатов конкурса.
6. Критерии отбора работ победителей
– соответствие содержания работы тематике конкурса;
– степень погружённости в материал
– творческая и художественная целостность;
– наличие авторского подхода к представлению материала.
– культура оформления работы, соответствие требованиям.

6.1. Присланные на Конкурс материалы не рецензируются. Апелляции на решения Конкурсной комиссии не принимаются.
6.2 Итоги Конкурса публикуются на официальном сайте “Childrem Making Tomorrow” www.childrenmakingtomorrow.com.
6.3. О месте проведения церемонии награждения победителей и дате eе проведения будет сообшено дополнительно.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This provision determines the procedure for organizing and conducting an international contest of children’s drawing “The world in which we live.”
The contest is aimed at developing students’ creative abilities, creating conditions for creative expression
2. The goals and objectives of the contest
2.1. Creating conditions for creative artistic expression,
2.2. Education of a sense of beautiful in children.
2.3. Identification and support of gifted and talented children;
2.4. Education in children of love for creativity, beauty, art;
2.5. Education of artistic and aesthetic attitude to art;
2.6. Introducing children to cultural values;
2.7. Stimulating the cognitive interests of the child;
2.8. The development of artistic and visual abilities;
3. Participants in the contest and requirements for competitive work
3.1. The subject of the contest is children’s drawings and paintings created independently on the topic “The world in which we live”. (hereinafter – work).
3.2. Participation in the contest is free.
3.3. Participants in the contest can be children, aged 5 to 17 years.
Age groups of participants:
1. from 5 to 7 years old
2. from 8 to 11 years old
3. from 12 to 14 years old
4. from 15 to 17 years old
The contest can take part in the contest:-educational institutions of various types (High schools, elementary schools, gymnasiums, schools with in-depth study of subjects, specialized schools, boarding schools, etc.);
3.4 Participation in the contest is voluntary, it is strictly forbidden to attract children to participate in the contest against their desire. The decision to participate in the contest is made by children and their parents (legal representatives).
3.5 participants in the contest (hereinafter referred to as participants) can be students in all grades.
3.6. The contest is accepted by work performed on paper ( cardboard, canvas, etc), performed in any technique (watercolor, mascara, colored pencils, pastel, etc.).
3.7 Preparation of work for sending.
The stamp is filled with a participant in a legible emphasis on black ink, the use of helium or capillary handle is allowed. All fields of the stamp are required for filling. The surname and name of the participant are indicated in the nominative case (for example, “John Smith”), the child’s age is indicated. It is forbidden to use pencils and colored handles to fill the stamp. In case of non -compliance with the requirements for filling out the stamp, the organizing committee reserves the right not to consider the work.
3.8. The size of the work is any.
3.9. The work is carried out by minors independently or under the guidance of parents (legal representatives), teachers.
3.10. Each participant can submit to the contest no more than one work. All subsequent work is not allowed to participate in the contest.
3.11. The work should be done carefully and have an aesthetic appearance.
3.12. The works participating earlier in any contest are not allowed.
3.13. Each work is accompanied by a well -read signature, which is attached to work and contains information: First and last name, age of the author, country / city, name of work,

3.14. The work sent without attached signatures for the drawing (passport, see p 3.9.) for the contest are not allowed.
3.15. The organizers reserve the right to refuse to participate in the contest without explanation, as well as if the content of the work is aimed at promoting extremism, violence and negative attitudes, and can also threaten the health and safety of citizens, and also contain signs of other unlawful actions.
4. Procedure for holding a contest
4.1. The contest is organized online, all work is for necessary.

4.3. To summarize the contest, an expert jury is formed, which determines the 3 best works in each age group 1, 2, 3 places) and better work in each nomination:
– The best idea of drawing
– The best performance technique.
The jury establishes the parameters of the criteria for evaluating competitive work (the composition of the drawing, the content of the drawing, the artistic expressiveness, the harmonious of the color scheme, the technique of execution, the correspondence of the stated topic of the contest, the general impression of the work, the originality of the creative plan, etc. and determines the winners of the contest. Contest work, which scored the largest number of points (1-10), takes place in age categories. The rest of the places are occupied by participants (II, III) in the order of reducing the points.

4.4. All participants will receive commemorative certificates; the winners of the contest will receive honorary registered diplomas, medals and valuable gifts
Participants who occupied I, II and III places – diplomats of the contest – receive diplomas of I, II and III degree, respectively. All participants who took part in the contest and did not take prizes receive diplomas of participants. All members of the jury, the organizers involved in the organization of the contest, will be awarded with diplomas for the preparation of winners or diplomas of the organizers.
4.5. After the contest is completed, it is planned to print books, which will enter the work of the winners of the contest. The published books will be distributed in libraries of 100 countries of the world.
5. The deadlines for the contest and the date of the award ceremony, the exhibition of the best works.
5.1. The beginning of the contest December 15, 2013

5.3. June 30, 2024 announcing the results of the contest.
6. Criteria for selection of the work of winners
– Compliance of the content of the work topics of the contest;

– Creative and artistic integrity;

– Culture of work design, compliance with the requirements.

– Independence,
– Emotional expressiveness of work.
6.1. The materials sent to the contest are not reviewed. Appeals for decisions of the contest commission are not made.
6.2 The results of the competition are published on the official website of “Childrem Making Tomorrow” www.childrenmakingtomorrow.com.
6.3. About the location for the awarding ceremony of the winners and the date of the ceremony will be announced additionally.

Children’s International Literary Competition

The Organizing Committee of the Children’s International Literary Competition “Israel in my Heart” with the assistance of the American charity organization “Children Making Tomorrow” (Detroit) and Jewish Community Council of New-York (JCRC-NY) is announced by the International Children’s Literary Competition of 2023:
Participants in the competition can be children, aged 8 to 17 years.
Age groups of participants:
The youngest – from 8 to 11 years old
Average – from 12 to 14 years old
Senior – from 15 to 17 years old
Two sections proposed:
- Prose (novel, story, essay).
- Poetry (any kind).
The proposed topics:
- Israel without terror
- How I saw Israel
- My bar-battens in Israel
- Ecology
- Fairy tale
- Literary translations (any genre)
- Historical heritage.
- Humor.
Working conditions:
In order for the work in electronic form to get into the jury, it is necessary to indicate the name and name, age, country and city of residence of the author.
- Only electronic versions of works in Word format in the form of applications are accepted.
- Internet links to works are not accepted. Letters with links to sites are deleted automatically.
- Paper media, discs, photos and PDF books of books are not accepted.
- The jury and the organizers of the competition do not enter into correspondence and do not discuss work on the Internet and by phone.

The jury members reserve the right to be remote access without advertising the assistance to the organizing committee. Laureates are marked by the title “Winner of the International Children’s Literary Prize “Israel in my heart”, and are awarded with special diplomas and medals in each nomination. The competition is designed to identify the best children’s literary work and promote their popularization. Based on the results of the competition, a collection of best works will be released, which will be sent to Jewish organizations and libraries of the United States, Israel, and other countries.
